Where do you deliver?

We deliver within a 25 mile radius of Woodinville, Washington. Please contact us for deliveries outside this radius.

How should I prepare for the delivery?

In order for us to park the trailer, you will need to have a clear flat space wide enough for us to back into and park the sauna. Set up and take down take about 30–45 mins, depending on the site’s parking situation.

What installation hookups do I need?

Just a water source! In order to fill the cold plunge, you will need access to a water spigot.

No electricity is required to use the sauna. All heat is produced from the wood burning stove. The Bluetooth surround sound and LED lighting is powered by the exterior solar panel.

Who shouldn't use the sauna?

Anyone ages 7-15 can use the sauna, but should be accompanied by an adult. If you have a pre-existing or known medical condition, please consult with your doctor prior to booking a sauna experience.

What is the cancellation policy?

If a cancellation is made 10 days prior to the booking date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 5 days prior to the booking will receive a 50% refund on their rental amount. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to your booking will not be refunded.

How hot is the sauna?

The sauna can reach up to 200 degrees fahrenheit. The temperature is adjustable and will depend on the type and amount of wood added to the stove, whether or not water is added to create steam, and ventilation. We will walk you through safe practices for achieving optimal heat upon arrival.

What are the health benefits of using a wood-fired sauna?

Sauna therapy provides a number of health benefits including:

What are the sanitizing practices?

After every rental, our saunas are disinfected with highly effective natural products from top to bottom—no harsh cleaning chemicals required. The sauna reaches up to 200 degrees, which acts as a natural disinfectant during the post cleaning drying process. All towels are machine washed between rentals.

Will you demonstrate how the sauna works?

Yes, at the time of delivery we will walk through how to safely use the sauna and provide written instructions for you to keep.

Is the sauna insulated?

The sauna is insulated to effectively retain heat.

Will you provide a hose as part of the rental?

We will provide a 100ft hose to fill the cold plunge at the time of delivery.

What if we run out of provided fire wood?

We will provide 1-2 bundles of wood. Additional wood will need to be provided by the customer. If you are to run out of provided fire wood, we recommend using softwood to start the fire and hardwood to maintain the slow burning fire. Seasoned wood with < 20% moisture is ideal and can be found at most grocery stores and gas stations.

Wood with sap, that is painted or stained, freshly cut or gathered wood should NEVER be used in the sauna.

What is a cold plunge?

The cold plunge is an integral part of the traditional hot-cold contrast therapy cycle. Typically, the sauna will be used for 15-20 mins and is immediately followed by 1-5 mins in the cold plunge (time depends on cold tolerance level). This cycle can be repeated for up to 3-4 rounds.

Our cold plunge is a 100 gallon galvanized tank that we will fill with water upon delivery. We provide ice to chill the water for use.
